NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Band 7 Team Lead to lead the Adult Immunisation Team, ensuring effective delivery of vaccination programmes across NHSGGC. The role involves operation leadership, staff development, and collaboration with Pharmacy, Transport, eHealth and Public Health colleagues.

The successful candidate will lead clinical governance, risk management and service improvement, while maintaining professional standards and managing competing priorities.

Formación

• First level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of legislation relating to Child Protection, Vulnerable Adults and relevant statutory frameworks.
• Significant experience in a senior nursing or leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Adult Immunisation Team.
• Oversee deployment of resources and delivery of vaccination services.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Transport, eHealth, Nurse Bank and Public Health colleagues.
• Support staff leadership, performance management and service improvement.
• Ensure governance, safety, safeguarding and workforce training standards are met.
