Job summary

University of Bath is seeking a Senior Staff Immigration Adviser to lead the staff immigration service within the Human Resources team. The role involves providing expert immigration advice, ensuring UKVI compliance, and supporting the university’s international talent strategy.

You will supervise the Staff Immigration Adviser, develop compliance frameworks and training, and manage complex cases while collaborating with stakeholders across the university.

Qualifications

• Experience providing immigration advice and support with understanding of UK immigration legislation and UKVI requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
