Qualifications

• Aerospace background or significant experience in engineering or automotive
• Knowledge and use of ILS, reliability and maintainability
• Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Appreciation of constraints of working within a regulated industry
• Ability to derive best support solutions in a complete systems environment
• Ability to persuade stakeholders to change approach using data and analysis evidence
• Comfortable working with demanding customers to define best support approaches
• Evidence of written English at interview stage

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete support and service solutions to customers in aftermarket
• Collaborate with program teams for successful entry into service and ongoing support for new products
• Produce and update service support readiness plans, conducting ILS analysis including maintainability and TAT analyses
• Ensure profitability from parts and services provided
• Plan ILS work packages of varying sizes and manage to completion
• Liaise with key stakeholders to determine best support solution for customer or platform
• Lead project teams of 1–5 people
