BettingJobs, partnering with a start-up lottery business licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, is recruiting a Senior Compliance Manager in a hybrid role based in Glasgow, Scotland. The role leads day-to-day regulatory compliance for a remote casino licence and advises senior stakeholders on compliance strategy.

The successful candidate will shape the compliance framework, oversee RNG game testing and certification, and manage audits and regulatory reporting with the Gambling Commission.

Qualifications

• Proven senior compliance experience in iGaming.
• In-depth knowledge of the UKGC framework, LCCP, RTS and AML obligations.
• Understanding of RNG game testing and certification requirements.
• Experience of regulatory audits and engagement with regulators.
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
• Able to work on a hybrid basis in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the compliance framework to meet remote casino licence conditions and UKGC codes of practice.
• Oversee compliance of RNG-based games, including testing, certification and technical standards.
• Monitor regulatory change, assess its impact and lead implementation across teams.
• Oversee AML, safer gambling and social responsibility controls.
• Manage regulatory reporting, audits and correspondence with the Gambling Commission.
• Advise product, marketing and operations teams on compliance risk.
• Lead, mentor and develop the compliance team.
