Job summary

Turnkey Consulting, a London-based independent risk and security consultancy, seeks a Senior IGA Senior Engineer or Architect with strong SailPoint experience to deliver and optimise IGA solutions for diverse clients. You will lead design, configuration, and deployment across the full project lifecycle while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience delivering IGA/IAM solutions (Senior Engineer)
• Deep SailPoint expertise (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ/ISC)
• Experience in identity lifecycle management, RBAC and SoD
• Strong authentication knowledge: SSO, MFA, Entra, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth
• Experience integrating IAM with HR systems and enterprise apps
• Scripting and API integration skills (PowerShell, JavaScript, REST, SCIM, JDBC)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to design, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint and IGA solutions
• Implement identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access reviews, certifications)
• Integrate IGA platforms with authoritative sources and connectors
• Develop workflows, rules, and transforms
• Support authentication initiatives (SSO, MFA, passwordless)
• Gather requirements and facilitate workshops with clients
• Produce technical documentation and guides
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring
• Troubleshoot IAM/IGA issues and ensure project delivery
• Stay current with industry trends in IGA/IAM
• Architect grade: own end-to-end design, roadmaps, client discussions, project management
• Architect: oversee delivery, manage commercial outcomes
