Senior IGA Engineer (SailPoint / Identity Governance) | Hybrid | £55k–£80k + Bonus

The Company

Our client is a growing cyber and identity consultancy delivering large-scale Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) programmes for complex enterprise environments. They work across cloud and hybrid estates, helping organisations modernise how identity, access and compliance are managed at scale.

You’ll be joining a specialist IAM team where engineers are trusted to shape solutions. The focus is on building platforms that are secure, scalable and sustainable.

The Role

As a Senior IGA Engineer, you’ll be heavily involved in delivering end-to-end identity governance solutions, with scope to take on more design responsibility depending on your experience.

You’ll be working across:

• Hands-on delivery of SailPoint-based IGA platforms
• Designing and improving joiner, mover and leaver processes
• Integrating identity platforms with HR systems, Entra ID / AD and business apps
• Building workflows, policies and automated provisioning logic
• Supporting wider access management, SSO and MFA initiatives
• Diagnosing and resolving complex identity and access issues
• Working directly with security, IT and business stakeholders to refine requirements

Your Experience

You’re an IAM / IGA professional who enjoys working close to the technology and understands how identity platforms operate in real enterprise environments.

They’re ideally looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint in production environments
• Solid understanding of identity governance concepts and compliance drivers
• Experience integrating identity tools into cloud and on-prem estates
• Knowledge of authentication, federation and access control models
• Some scripting or automation experience around identity workflows
• Confidence working in client-facing or delivery-focused teams

To reach the higher end of the banding, you should also bring:

• Experience contributing to solution design or architecture decisions
• Strong grasp of enterprise IAM patterns and system dependenciesAbility to lead technical discussions and guide delivery direction
