• Experience as an IFA Administrator or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage client account records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review reports and statements for management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor daily activities to identify discrepancies and improvements.
• Process transactions and fund transfers with internal controls.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and clients to deliver services.
• Mentor junior administrators and promote best practices.
