• Minimum of 3 years experience within an independent financial planning or wealth management firm.
• Strong understanding of financial planning products, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Paraplanners by gathering research and documentation for reports.
• Prepare application forms and supporting documents for the advice process.
• Process and manage new business and servicing cases.
