Job summary

WTW seeks a Senior Microsoft Identity Security Specialist to design, implement and optimise Microsoft Entra ID and related platforms within its Global Information and Cyber Defence and Identity function. Hybrid London-based role with required office attendance.

You will strengthen identity security posture through CA, Identity Protection, PIM, passwordless authentication and Zero Trust-aligned controls, combining hands-on engineering with automation and AI-assisted operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, esp. Entra ID administration and security in complex environments.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM and Identity Governance.
• Experience deploying passwordless and phishing-resistant authentication.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience with scripting/automation and CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
• Ability to translate security architecture into practical engineering solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize Microsoft Entra ID as the strategic identity platform.
• Configure Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM and Just-in-Time access controls.
• Support access governance, reviews and entitlement management processes.
• Support workforce, external and application identities, service principals.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation and provisioning issues.
