Job summary

InfoSec People Ltd. is seeking an IAM Engineer to manage day-to-day identity services within a Microsoft-focused estate, ensuring secure access to critical systems while supporting governance and compliance.

The role involves administering AD/Entra ID, RBAC, and entitlement processes, with escalation support for identity issues and collaboration with security teams. Candidates should have IAM experience, Active Directory/Entra ID expertise, and familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow,

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM or IDAM operations.
• Strong Active Directory and Entra ID knowledge.
• Understanding of RBAC and access governance.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles.
• SC Cleared or eligible for SC Clearance.
• Federation and SSO.
• PowerShell automation.
• ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity services in day-to-day operations.
• Support governance, compliance and security improvements.
• Operate Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Manage Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.
• Handle access requests and permission changes.
• Support access reviews and entitlement management.
• Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams.
• Act as a 2nd line escalation point for identity issues.
• Support Zero Trust initiatives.
