Job summary

Fitch Ratings seeks a Senior IGA Engineer in Manchester to design, implement, and evolve the Identity and Governance Administration programme. You will build integrations between SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and HR/cloud systems, develop Python automation, and drive governance workflows in a hybrid, office-plus-flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in an IGA/IAM engineering role with platform implementation.
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) experience including connector configuration, rule development, workflow design, and access certification.
• Experience with Delinea Secret Server / Delinea Platform for privileged access management, including vault setup and secret lifecycle.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation; comfortable with Git-based development workflow.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerised tooling; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SailPoint and internal/external systems using connectors, REST APIs, and custom rules/scripts.
• Build and maintain privileged-access integrations with Delinea Secret Server/Platform.
• Author Python scripts and automation to extend IGA capabilities and reporting pipelines.
• Design and implement JML workflows and access certification campaigns within SailPoint.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IGA artefacts, version-controlled and containerised as appropriate.
