Job summary

LA International is seeking an experienced IDAM Engineer to provide L2/L3 support in a large-scale, highly customised identity management environment. The role requires extensive hands-on MIM experience to support, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance critical identity services.

The position operates from secure facilities in either Inverness or Manchester and includes participation in a 24x7 on-call shift. Candidates should be comfortable with deep technical analysis across multiple identity

Qualifications

• Hands-on PowerShell scripting for IAM tasks.
• Deep knowledge of MIM and its customisations.
• Experience with enterprise IAM principals and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating IAM with AD, Entra ID, Okta, and BeyondTrust.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for a customised MIM environment.
• Analyse and troubleshoot MIM synchronisation, provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Maintain MIM components and custom rule extensions/workflows.
• Support integrations between MIM, AD, Entra ID, Okta, and BeyondTrust.
