Reply is seeking a Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer to own the UK ICT platforms (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Purview) and drive security-focused governance for government/defense contexts.

You will deliver hands-on 1st-3rd line support, manage a new Microsoft 365 tenant, and implement automation via PowerShell, Graph API, and Terraform, while mentoring peers and ensuring ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID, including policy and governance.
• Experience delivering end-to-end provisioning and management of a new Microsoft 365 tenant in highly regulated environments.
• Strong focus on security, ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and government standards.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and coordinate across 1st-3rd line support.

Responsabilités

• Own the engineering, architecture, and governance of core UK ICT platforms (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, CA, endpoint security).
• Provide hands-on 1st-3rd line support, from routine requests to complex incident resolution.
• Lead provisioning and administration of a new Microsoft 365 tenant with robust security baselines.
• Design and maintain automation/infrastructure-as-code (PowerShell, Graph API, Terraform).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials; maintain governance artefacts and technical standards.
