Job summary

RELX is seeking a Senior IAM Solutions Architect to lead design across Saviynt, Entra and Azure identities for IGA and privileged access. You will partner with application architects, engineers and developers to translate enterprise controls into implementable designs and ensure delivery against target architecture.

Reporting to the Head of COGS, you will own the identity architecture roadmap, develop reusable patterns, mentor teams and drive readiness through design documentation, test criteria

Qualifications

• Proven IAM, IGA or security solution architecture experience in a complex enterprise.
• Hands-on design and implementation guidance; BS in Engineering/CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the identity architecture roadmap, standards and artefacts across IGA, PIM, PAM, AAG, authentication and human, non-human and AI identities, aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Produce reviewed Saviynt designs for integrations with Entra ID, Azure, directories, HR systems, applications and PAM platforms.
• Translate controls into testable designs for joiner-mover-leaver, requests, approvals, provisioning, reconciliation, access reviews and segregation of duties.
• Design SSO, MFA, federation and Conditional Access patterns, assessing value, risk and scalability.
• Define reusable patterns for service accounts, service principals, managed/workload identities and AI agents.
• Coach engineers through build and deployment, maintain decision records and evidence before release.
• Define readiness criteria and translate audit controls into evidence requirements.
• Track findings and readiness gaps to closure with the Product Owner.
