The IGA Technical Lead is a senior Identity Governance specialist with deep experience in IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt. The role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, client engagement, and delivery.
The candidate will work directly with customers to define requirements, design scalable architectures, and deliver successful IGA implementations. The role acts as a trusted technical advisor to clients while providing technical leadership across delivery teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead end-to-end IGA solution design and architecture, aligning solutions with client business and security requirements.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management, access certification, role modelling, and policy enforcement solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on IGA strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, including developers and engineers.
- Define and document solution architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Architect integrations with systems such as HR platforms, directories such as Active Directory and Azure AD, ERP systems, and cloud applications.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Lead or support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimations, and proposals.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within Identity Governance.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving IGA capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Deep hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
- Strong experience with either SailPoint or Saviynt.
- Relevant SailPoint or Saviynt certifications are highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with access certification and access governance.
- Experience with role modelling and policy enforcement.
- Proven experience designing scalable IGA architectures and solutions.
- Strong experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements.
- Experience working directly with customers and running technical workshops.
- Strong understanding of integrations between IGA platforms and HR systems, directories, ERP systems, and cloud applications.
- Experience defining and documenting solution architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements within Identity Governance.
- Experience providing technical leadership to developers and engineers.
- Experience supporting or leading pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimations, and proposals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies and developments within the IGA market.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant SailPoint or Saviynt certification is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrable professional experience in Identity Governance and Administration is required.
