Job summary

Tesco is seeking an experienced IAM specialist to drive governance, protection and PAM across Security, Product and Engineering teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, mentoring others and guiding remediation with data-driven insights.

You will develop and refine technical standards and policies, while collaborating with multiple business units to enhance Tesco's security posture.

Qualifications

• Significant IAM experience across governance, protection and PAM.
• Experience with authentication/authorization protocols.
• Ability to author security policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation with cross-functional teams on security issues.
• Provide technical coaching and guidance to colleagues.
• Analyse data and present insights to stakeholders.
