Job summary

DTCC in London is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to lead end-to-end IAM change and release governance. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, low-risk deployments.

The role requires extensive ITIL-based change and release experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on knowledge of PAM, Vault, PKI, AD, and related identity platforms. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and ITIL certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Change and Release Management.
• Strong IAM platform knowledge (PAM, Vault, PKI, AD).
• Expertise in ITIL Change, Release, and Incident Management.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise-level production changes.
• ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Change Requests and Releases for IAM portfolio.
• Assess change requests for completeness, impact, and rollback plans.
• Plan release schedules and maintenance windows across IAM platforms.
• Coordinate between application, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Lead CAB meetings and secure timely approvals.
• Maintain audit-ready records and KPIs for governance.
