Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Senior IAM Architect to lead the design, evolution, and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management capabilities. You will translate business and security requirements into practical identity solutions across hybrid environments.

The role requires extensive experience defining IAM architectures, delivering transformation roadmaps, and guiding stakeholders across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS IAM projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM architecture experience in large organisations.
• Experience designing identity solutions across hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and access governance.
• Experience developing target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise IAM architecture and target-state design.
• Develop strategic IAM roadmaps aligned with business and security objectives.
• Lead the design of identity solutions across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Provide architectural guidance across IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and access management initiatives.
• Support the implementation of modern identity capabilities and best practices.
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
