Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd is seeking an Identity Architect to own end-to-end IAM across development, data and service support. You will set direction with senior stakeholders, provide design authority and guide delivery teams through complex identity workflows, data flows and integrations.

The role is based in Corsham, hybrid (2 days on site per week). Active SC clearance is mandatory, and candidates must be able to work in a regulated environment while reducing complexity and ensuring

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise IAM experience.
• Proven lead/senior architect on complex live platforms.
• Experience in secure government/public sector or regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of identity life cycle, access management and integration patterns.
• Ability to simplify complex landscapes and drive pragmatic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Active SC clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across development, data and service support workstreams.
• Provide technical direction across identity workflows, data flows and platform configuration.
• Act as the senior architecture point of contact for delivery teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain architectural coherence across live-service changes and roadmap activity.
• Lead architecture across enterprise IAM capabilities and identity life cycle processes.
• Work with engineers and service teams to diagnose complex issues and make pragmatic design decisions.
