Job summary

Synapri in London is seeking an experienced security professional to own and manage enterprise IAM services within a large organisation. The role focuses on identity lifecycle, authentication, authorisation, PAM, SSO and MFA, with hybrid working 2-3 days on site.

You will collaborate with Cyber Security, Architecture, Infrastructure and suppliers to deliver secure identity solutions, manage risk and maintain compliance in a regulated environment. SC clearance is required or will be pursued.

Qualifications

• Own and manage enterprise security, IAM and access management within large organisations.
• Understand identity lifecycle, authentication and authorization, PAM, SSO and MFA.
• Maintain security controls, risk management and governance in a regulated environment.
• Define service strategy, roadmaps, SLAs, KPIs and continual service improvement plans.
• Ensure security services remain resilient, available and well-supported across teams.
