Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks Hydrologists of all levels to join our Sustainable Water Management Consulting team. You will lead hydrological contributions on national infrastructure and flood risk projects and collaborate with UK water companies on water resource planning and WINEP.

The role offers hybrid working with UK offices and opportunities to work with WSP's global teams, supporting career development and Chartership where possible.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of UK hydrological techniques and updates with track record in high flow studies.
• Experience with reviews/calculations to satisfy UK statutory bodies (EA, SEPA, NRW, DfI).
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify/develop business opportunities; prepare winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrological contributions for national infrastructure and flood risk projects.
• Deliver hydrology and water resources services to UK water companies; support water resource plans and WINEP.
• Collaborate with global teams across WSP on projects where appropriate.
