SLR is a global leader in sustainability solutions with a people-first culture. We seek an experienced Hydrogeologist or Environmental Scientist to join our Hydrology & Hydrogeology team, at Senior/Associate/Principal level.
The role focuses on EIA, hydrogeological investigations and water environment assessments with UK site visits and cross-disciplinary collaboration across Environmental & Earth Sciences, Planning and Engineering.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience delivering UK water environment or hydrogeology projects (incl. EIA).
- Degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geoscience or related field; working toward or holding Chartered status.
- Experience with hydrogeological studies, water monitoring, risk assessments, abstraction licensing or similar.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of water environment and hydrogeology projects from planning through reporting.
- Manage clients and proposals; build relationships and repeat work.
- Mentor and coach less experienced scientists/hydrogeologists.
- Conduct desk-based analyses and reporting with site visits across the UK.
