Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HVAC projects on time and within budget.
• Background in commercial fit-out projects.
• Completed relevant Health & Safety courses and current CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mechanical Fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Take commercial responsibility for profit and loss of installation contracts.
• Assist preconstruction and design teams with tenders and estimates.
