Job summary
McLaren Racing in the United Kingdom seeks a senior leader to own the specification, development, integration and delivery of high-voltage systems, power electronics and HV control systems from concept through series production. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, set technical direction and govern software planning, validation and releases across hardware and software domains.
We require extensive HV systems experience in automotive environments, strong leadership, and knowledge of ISO
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong leadership experience across HV systems and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and automotive standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary team for HV system architecture, integration and control systems engineering.
- Set technical direction, priorities and delivery plans across hardware, software and functional requirements.
- Govern HV controls strategy, software planning, releases and validation.
- Ensure robust release, change-control, deviation and issue-management processes.
