Advance TRS Recruitment is supporting a leading electrical engineering contractor in Hamilton to hire a Senior Contracts Manager. You will lead multiple project teams, own the HV/LV portfolio performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive delivery and commercial results.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, budgeting, and growth through strong client relationships and strategic planning, with a focus on mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' management experience within HV/LV electrical engineering or utilities.
• Strong commercial background with P&L, budgets and project performance.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing engineering and project delivery teams.
• Manage commercial performance of HV/LV project portfolios with P&L responsibility.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Drive health, safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop relationships with clients to secure future work.
• Support growth through business development and strategic planning.
• Mentor managers, engineers and operational staff.
