Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking a senior HV project lead to oversee 132kV/400kV works, coordinating HV cable and plant subcontractors, designers, and supply chain partners across office, site and interfaces.

The role offers autonomy, scope ownership, and progression in a safety-critical environment, with emphasis on design management, documentation control and digital engineering adoption.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience on HV projects with a contractor.
• Experience on National Grid transmission systems (400kV/275kV/132kV).
• Strong design management and document control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV cable and HV plant subcontractors to meet HS&E and contractual requirements.
• Manage designer activities, track progress, and report to senior leadership.
• Act as technical lead for HV works including design reviews and interface management.
• Oversee BIM requirements and design deliverables documentation.
