Job Description:

Our client is an ambitious and well-regarded professional services company seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and oversee its implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR practices align with business goals, and foster a high-performance culture. The role involves leading HR functions, improving systems and policies, and enhancing the employee experience to support organizational growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership, develop HR strategies, advise on talent management, and support workforce planning.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management: Lead employee relations cases, advise on performance strategies, and develop engagement programs.
  • Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent pipelines, and guide leadership development.
  • Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies, champion leadership programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR systems, implement metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy development, ensure legal compliance, and oversee HR operations.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, manage culture change, and support leadership during transitions.
  • People Development & Coaching: Mentor HR team, coach leaders, and review team performance.
  • Employee Benefits & Wellness: Oversee benefits programs, design recognition initiatives, and align HR strategy with business goals.

Measures of Success include: achievement of HR goals, successful change management, improved HR systems, positive employee feedback, and demonstrable business impact.

Person Specification:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) and proven HR leadership experience.
  • Experience in HR strategic leadership, organizational development, change management, talent acquisition, and HR systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Passion for leadership development, business acumen, adaptability, and relationship building.
