Senior HR Consultant (Part-time, three days per week)
Emphasis is a leading privately owned HR consultancy, established in 2003. We're a dynamic team of eight, based in Romsey, Hampshire, driven by the mission to empower businesses to thrive through their people. We partner with clients to develop robust HR strategies, build strong workforces, and create positive organisational cultures.
As our client portfolio expands across London and the South Coast, we're seeking a Senior HR Consultant to provide expert HR support and strategic advice. The role offers a hybrid work model, with time at our Romsey office (usually Tuesday and Wednesday) and client visits across Hampshire, London, and the South Coast. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
This role requires a flexible, proactive approach to delivering comprehensive HR solutions. You will work with a portfolio of clients on all aspects of employment.
You should be a CIPD-qualified HR professional with significant senior or consulting-level HR experience, prepared for an autonomous and demanding role.
A car and a current UK driving licence are essential. A good sense of humour is important, as the role can be challenging. You will be in regular contact with the Emphasis team.
