Job summary

CRC Evans Ltd. in Aberdeenshire seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to support operations across the UK, Netherlands and international locations. You will partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies that enable business growth and workforce mobility.

The role focuses on workforce planning, talent and succession, change programmes and complex employee relations, with coaching to leaders and a data-driven approach to inform decisions.

What we are looking for
