This organisation is going through a period of change and is looking for an experienced HR Professional to support various projects over the coming year on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This additional role in the team will support a wide variety of HR/OD/Change related projects; therefore, we seek someone with extensive experience in a Senior HR capacity.

It would be advantageous if this individual has significant TUPE experience. Additionally, you should have people management experience, as this role involves managing one person in the team while also delivering on projects and working autonomously alongside Senior Leaders.

We are looking for candidates with commercial experience for this opportunity, particularly those exposed to significant change and who can evidence specific leadership on projects.
This role can be 4 days/week or work condensed hours. Typically, you will be in the office 50% of the time, with some flexibility to 2 days a week.
In terms of timing, they are looking to interview w/c 24th February and ideally start Mid March, so please only apply if you are available immediately or can start reasonably quickly (certainly within 4 weeks or less notice).
