Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in human-centered design thinking and co-creation.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Appreciation of the role of Human Factors in safety cases.

Responsibilities

• Apply and integrate human factors principles to projects.
• Conduct and report qualitative and quantitative research.
• Identify and profile users incorporating behavioral insights.
• Perform human factors assessments for infrastructure designs.
• Support preparation of client proposals.
