The NHS is seeking a Senior Hub Coordinator for its London and home counties team, to support Marie Curie nurses in delivering vital care services at home. The role involves coordinating efforts, overseeing referrals, and managing clinical data entry, all within a full-time position designed to enhance end-of-life care across the UK.
Job summary
We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Hub Coordinator to join our London and home counties team. The central coordination hub supports Marie Curie nurses and healthcare assistants to deliver services in peoples homes across the UK, providing hands-on care and vital emotional support.
Main duties of the jobActing as the primary point of contact for all Marie Curie services in the region.
Collaborating with other senior coordinators and maintaining the efficient operation of the coordination hub. This involves liaising with clinical support teams, management staff, volunteers, referrers, local CHC teams, as well as the families and carers of patients during and after their care.
Overseeing and facilitating the referral process, coordinating and scheduling care, and ensuring precise data entry into operational and clinical systems such as EMIS, and SystemOne.

Salary: AFC Pay Scale Band 3: £24,625 - £25,674 annually (pro-rated)
