Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director in Health Technology Assessment Strategy and Implementation. The role leads complex HTA programmes, advising global clients on evidence planning, market access strategies, and reimbursement optimization.

You will shape offerings with senior stakeholders and drive business growth within the HTA practice. You will collaborate with IQVIA teams worldwide, mentor consultants, and contribute to thought leadership, conferences and publications.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree level education or higher in a relevant discipline (HTA, health economics, economics, life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, medicine, pharmacy, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior strategic advisor on HTA evidence planning, market access strategy and reimbursement optimisation.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-value HTA programmes across global and regional scopes.
• Guide clients through evolving HTA requirements including EU Joint Clinical Assessments and national HTA submissions.
