Uniper is hiring an HSSE Team Leader CDCPK to lead strategy, governance and assurance across CDC, Pipelines and Killingholme. You will drive a safety-first culture, coach leaders and ensure robust compliance in a high-hazard environment.

The role requires senior HSSE leadership, UK regulatory knowledge and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical actions across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH Diploma plus chartered status or equivalent senior HSSE leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of UK HSSE legislation, regulatory, management-system and risk requirements.
• Proven leadership capability including coaching, influencing and securing ownership without direct line authority.
• Credibility to challenge senior stakeholders and translate requirements into practical controls.

Aufgaben

• Define and deliver HSSE strategy, governance and assurance across CDC, Pipelines and Killingholme; translate legislation and standards into prioritised actions.
• Provide senior functional leadership, coaching and challenge so leaders demonstrate clear HSSE ownership.
• Set HSSE control standards, assurance priorities and risk tolerances across operations, maintenance, outages and projects.
• Own risk-based HSSE performance management using KPIs, audits, inspections and incidents to drive improvement.
• Assure statutory and regulatory compliance across CDCPK, including UKETS, CSRD, Legionella and safe systems of work.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective action via SynergiLife.
• Drive Beyond Zero, learning and continuous improvement to strengthen HSSE culture.
• Represent and promote CDCPK with central HSSE and external assurance teams.
