Job summary

365 People Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality function at our Leicester site.

You will own the ISO management system, drive audits, and ensure regulatory and customer compliance while engaging hands-on with the operation. The role requires robust leadership, strong auditing capabilities and the ability to walk the site, identify risk and implement practical improvements with the management team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HSEQ/ISO management systems ownership.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Proven ability to manage RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Hands-on risk assessment and near-miss investigations.
• Experience leading at site-level with operatives and managers.
• Strong documentation control and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for HSEQ and quality across the operation.
• Act as primary HSEQ contact for employees, management and stakeholders.
• Own and maintain HSEQ/ISO management systems and related documentation.
• Lead audits preparation, execution and corrective actions.
• Maintain certifications and environmental permit compliance.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Drive safety improvements around machinery, PPE and processes.
• Coordinate HSEQ training and develop direct reports.
