Job summary

A leading civil engineering and infrastructure business is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to support major projects across the UK. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dedicated HSEQ role within construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Experience supporting multiple projects or operational sites.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and delivery of the company-wide HSEQ strategy.
• Driving performance against HSEQ KPIs and promoting continuous improvement.
• Leading and advising operational teams on compliance, risk management, and best practices.

Competence in incident investigation and risk assessment

Education

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)

CMIOSH status (holding or working towards)
