A leading civil engineering and infrastructure business is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to support major projects across the UK. The role offers opportunities for long-term career growth and the chance to influence safety culture company-wide. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HSEQ experience in construction or infrastructure, hold a NEBOSH Diploma, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include leading operational teams on compliance and driving performance against HSEQ KPIs.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dedicated HSEQ role within construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Experience supporting multiple projects or operational sites.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the development and delivery of the company-wide HSEQ strategy.
• Driving performance against HSEQ KPIs and promoting continuous improvement.
• Leading and advising operational teams on compliance, risk management, and best practices.

Conocimientos

Strong communication and influencing skills

Competence in incident investigation and risk assessment

Educación

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)

CMIOSH status (holding or working towards)
