RHL - Recruitment Holdings Limited is recruiting an experienced HSE Manager for the Thames Terminal, part of a leading UK bulk liquid storage group serving chemicals, petroleum, gases, bitumen and emerging energy markets.

You will act as the competent person for health, safety and environmental matters, develop policies, lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and contractor safety, and report to senior management on improvements.

Qualificações

• Recognised occupational health and safety qualification is required.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification must be held.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, bulk liquid or major hazard industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation and incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the competent person for HSE at the Thames Terminal.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and training.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations and safety audits.
• Advise terminal management on safety, welfare and environmental issues.
