Job summary

Principal People are recruiting a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to support major infrastructure projects across Scotland. The role is hybrid, based in Scotland, with a salary up to £65,000 plus package.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior H&S Advisor with line management experience.
• Strong construction/infrastructure or utilities background.
• Ability to challenge managers and senior stakeholders to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of health and safety advisors.
• Provide visible H&S leadership across live infrastructure projects.
• Conduct audits, investigations, site inspections and RAMS reviews.
• Use safety performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Maintain a visible presence across the project portfolio and build client relationships.
