Job summary

Anglian Water is recruiting for a Head of Health, Safety and Environment to lead the Safer Every Day culture across major infrastructure delivery programmes in the East of England. You will shape HSE strategy, provide governance and drive performance across complex projects.

The role requires senior leadership, a track record in large-scale HSE programmes, and active regulatory compliance involvement. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across Health, Safety and Environment functions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale HSE strategies within infrastructure, utilities, engineering or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed the 'Safer Every Day' culture across Major Infrastructure Delivery programmes.
• Develop and implement the HSE strategy aligned with business objectives and values.
• Provide governance and assurance across projects from design through delivery.
