Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across Health, Safety and Environment functions.
• Proven track record delivering HSE strategies within infrastructure, utilities, engineering or construction.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and embed the 'Safer Every Day' culture across Major Infrastructure Delivery programmes.
• Develop and implement the Health, Safety & Environment strategy.
• Provide governance and assurance across major infrastructure projects from design to delivery.
• Oversee HSE performance across delivery partners and frameworks.
• Lead incident investigations and oversee corrective/preventive actions.
• Establish performance measures and governance processes for continuous improvement.
• Influence senior stakeholders, regulators and industry partners on HSE matters.
• Champion innovation and digital solutions in health, safety and environmental management.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and succession planning.
