Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to lead the Safety Advisor team across the Anglian Water region. The role involves line management, performance development, and driving safety improvements through audits, investigations and data trends.

You will develop plans, manage stakeholder relationships under pressure, and contribute to a proactive safety culture with strong communication and IT skills.

Qualificações

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is required.
• IOSH membership (Tech IOSH/Cert IOSH/CMIOSH) preferred.
• Minimum NEBOSH Certificate.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing performance.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Line manage the Safety Advisor team and set objectives.
• Oversee performance processes, team meetings and one-to-ones.
• Develop development plans for team members.
• Identify trends in safety performance and near-miss data.
• Review unit performance and provide improvement feedback.
• Support standdowns and frontline manager training.
• Lead active management, safety audits and inspections.
• Implement mitigation controls for serious incidents.
• Support investigations and ensure accurate incident classification.
