Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction / General Certificate required.
• Valid UK Driving License necessary.
• Experience in Infrastructure, Construction, or Utilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational health and safety duties including site audits and accident investigations.
• Build relationships with on-site teams to enhance health and safety culture.
• Shape H&S strategy using leading and lagging indicators.
• Engage stakeholders through regular meetings for strategic collaboration.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on safety management.
• Line manage two Health and Safety Advisors daily.
