Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor on a 12 month contract to support safe delivery of projects across energy, utilities and heavy infrastructure.

The candidate should have 5+ years' HSE experience and a NEBOSH General Certificate, with strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and risk management. Renewable energy, utilities, construction and heavy civils backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent – essential.
• Experience in Energy, Renewables, Utilities, Heavy Civils, Construction or Industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HSE advice to project managers, site teams, contractors and employees.
• Promote a proactive HSE culture through coaching and site engagement.
• Lead RAMS reviews, risk assessments and method statements with appropriate controls.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and HSE monitoring to identify improvements.
• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
