Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to support major construction and infrastructure projects. You will drive HSE improvements across office and site locations, and conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations with regular site travel.

You will influence safety culture, provide practical guidance to project teams, contribute to bids and pre-qualification submissions, and ensure compliance with legislation, client standards and best

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Health, Safety and Environmental role within construction or high-risk industries.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Experience supporting operational and project delivery teams on HSE matters.
• Ability to analyse HSE data and drive continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continual improvement of HSE management systems.
• Monitor legislation changes and ensure compliance across locations.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programmes.
• Promote behavioural safety initiatives across sites.
• Conduct inspections, audits and assurance activities for compliance.
• Investigate incidents and ensure lessons learned are communicated.
• Analyse HSE performance data and identify corrective actions.
• Support health and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
• Contribute to bids, tenders and pre-qualification submissions when required.
• Support delivery of strategic HSE objectives and stakeholder engagement.
