They are an innovative provider of customer loyalty solutions, including products and services across Loyalty, Lifestyle Benefits, and Insurance. They are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to help implement Workday across the business and oversee BAU activities post-implementation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as a SME for all core HRIS modules, providing consultative and functional assistance to end users.
• Deliver technical-functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend effective solutions.
• Lead configuration and design efforts, including system maintenance, testing, and upgrades.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of HRIS patches and new releases with HR and IT teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and system harmonisation projects.
• Design and document system processes, workflows, and user guidelines.
• Create and manage HR metrics and dashboards, delivering data-driven insights.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity through regular audits and proactive issue resolution.
• Mentor junior HRIS team members and champion best practice standards.
• Support HRIS implementations and act as a liaison with IT and project teams.

Key Skills:
