Insurify is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Engineering, Product, Marketing, and SEO/Content teams. As a senior member of the People & Culture team, you are a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership across these functions, in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Success in this role requires deep understanding of how technical teams operate, and the ability to turn business challenges into clear, practical solutions that can scale.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of HRBP or related experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience in insurance or technology sectors is a plus.
• Strong coaching and communication skills for senior-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders across engineering, product, marketing, and content teams.
• Advise on organizational growth, team structure, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead performance management, engagement surveys, and compensation reviews.
• Own immigration program coordination with counsel and cross-location alignment.
