Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale HR/workforce transformation across complex, multi-organisational environments.
• Proven ability to shape and implement HR operating models, services and workforce structures using tech-enabled approaches.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and programme boards, building trusted partnerships across boundaries.
• Strong programme leadership across readiness, adoption, governance, risk, delivery, and benefits.
• Visible, collaborative leadership with high-performing team building in ambiguity.
• Experience with Oracle HCM or similar ERP-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for DWP's contribution to the Synergy HR Transformation programme.
• Shape the future of HR services, workforce capability and organisational transformation across DWP and the Synergy Cluster.
• Influence senior stakeholders and boards, building partnerships across departments.
• Balance immediate delivery with long-term transformation ambitions and maintain governance and benefits realisation.
