Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale HR or workforce transformation across multi-organisation environments.
• Shaping and implementing HR operating models, services, workforce structures and organisational capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and programme boards across boundaries.
• Strong programme leadership covering readiness, governance, risk and benefits realisation.
• Visible, inclusive leadership building high-performing teams in ambiguous environments.
• Experience of Oracle HCM or ERP-enabled transformation.
• Knowledge of position management, job architecture or strategic workforce planning.
