This highly influential role shapes the future of HR across DWP and the Synergy Cluster, building strategic partnerships, championing innovation and delivering workforce transformation aligned with Civil Service reform.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale human resources or workforce transformation across complex, multi-organisation environments.
• Proven ability to shape and implement HR operating models, services and organisational capabilities using innovative tech-enabled approaches.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and programme boards and build trusted partnerships across organisational boundaries.
• Strong programme leadership covering readiness, adoption, governance, risk, delivery assurance and benefits realisation.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle HCM or similar ERP-enabled transformation.
