Tata Consultancy Services UK is seeking a Senior HR Services Specialist to lead enterprise HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from pre-hire to retire. Based in Bristol with a hybrid working pattern, you will collaborate with global teams and manage cross-functional HR initiatives.

The role requires HRIS experience (Workday preferred), strong analytics, and project management skills, plus knowledge of local labour laws. Travel to local sites is expected.

Formación

• Experience using Workday or other HRIS.
• Strong analytical skills and HR data analytics.
• Progressive HR experience.
• In-depth knowledge of local labour law and country regulations.
• Proven project management skills including scoping, planning and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver HR Services and first level HR support to employees, managers and HR community.
• Act as subject-matter expert on HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead and support regional and global projects with defined deliverables and schedules.
• Participate in special projects and travel to local sites as required.
